EXCHANGE DO Within 2 hours on working days if the goods are eligible for delivery
(Conditions: Telex Release/Original Bill of Lading; Invoice for Local Fees Issued; Email Registration Form for EDO Issued).
EXTEND FREETIME Completed within 30 minutes on the working day after the finance received the customer’s payment,
When ACC dept issue E-INV completed, update the EDO deadline immediately
DEPOSIT REFUND Completed within 3 hours on working day , email confirmed

MAINTAINCE after ACC dept received payment, completed mantaince debit note within 30 minutes on working day
PICK UP EMPTY completed within 30 minutes on working day
EMPTY RETURN completed within 30 minutes on working day

BOOKING completed within 4 hours on working day
OOG/DG BOOKING completed within 2 days  on working day
DRAFT BILL completed within 4 hours on working day
REVISE BILL BEFORE ATD completed within 4 hours on working day
REVISE BILL AFTER ATD completed within 4 hours on working day after received POD confirmation
DEBIT NOTE completed before ATD 1 day on working day

ISSUE E-INV IMPORT CARGO Completed within 1 hour on working days after received full payment and information for issued E-invoice
ISSUE E-INV EXPORT CARGO Completed within 2 to 3 working days after received full payment and information for issued E-invoice
For credit term customers: 1 week / 1 time
REFUND DEPOSIT Completed within 10 working days after client provides complete process documents and information
